General Rules / Reglas Generales
- All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. 1 adult for every 4 children.
- Do not play, run or shout in the hallways of the buildings.
- Quiet time is 10:00 pm
- Follow the instructions on each floor for garbage disposal.
- Renters are not allowed to receive visitors or guests.
- Renters are not allowed to have pets.
Pool Area Rules / Reglas del área de la alberca
- No jumping or throwing large objects into the pool.
- Surfboards and inflatable toys are not allowed in the pool.
- Eating or drinking is not allowed in the pool.
- Glass is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
- Do not reserve lounge chairs or furniture with towels or personal items. Security personnel will remove them after one hour of non-use.
I understand that I and my companions must comply with the rules and regulations established in the Condominium. I understand that failure to comply may result in being asked to leave the Condominiums.
